By accessing or using Ezee Law's application, website, or any related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Platform Description

EzeeLaw by Akshay provides a digital platform that connects users with independent lawyers for legal consultation and communication. The platform itself does not provide legal advice or legal representation

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform for lawful purposes
• Respect other users and professionals

4. Lawyer Responsibility

Lawyers using the platform are independent professionals responsible for the advice or consultation they provide. EzeeLaw does not guarantee the accuracy of advice provided by lawyers.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Upload illegal content
• Attempt to disrupt the platform
• Impersonate others
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of Ezee Law require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are not provided for partial-period use, except as required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Lawyer consultation fees are separate and paid directly to the lawyer — Ezee Law does not take responsibility for disputes regarding consultation services

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
• Impersonate any person, including a lawyer, judge, or Ezee Law employee
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of our AI or platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or lawyers on the platform
• Use automated means to access or scrape our Services
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, text, and trademarks on Ezee Law are the intellectual property of Ezee Law or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

EzeeLaw shall not be responsible for:

• Legal outcomes
• Advice provided by independent lawyers
• Decisions made based on consultations

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
